Currently directing a multi-year project to assist this company through restructuring in multiple states. Responsible for negotiation of multiple settlement agreements facilitating recovery of regulatory assets, including compliance with code of conduct and affiliate transaction provisions. Responsible for interpretation of restructuring legislation and application to unbundling and ratemaking. Support includes drafting of testimony, witness preparation, discovery drafting and response. Also retained by non-regulated business units to assist in the development of competitive analysis and business planning capabilities and monitoring regulatory compliance. Other services included development of litigation strategy, drafting testimony, witness preparation, interrogatory development and response.
